Three ways in that cost nothing. Everything you can use for free is on one page: Free to use.

On this page
  1. Six pieces, open source
  2. The plain parts of the kit, with an account
  3. Tactile Modernism, an agent skill
  4. What a Pass adds

Six pieces, open source

The Odometer, Compass, Pull-cord Bulb, Engraved Client Plates, Machined Footer and FAQ Index are MIT: free for anyone, no account needed, to use, change and share. Install any of them with shadcn:

npx shadcn add https://tactileui.dev/r/compass.json

The shadcn CLI needs a components.json in your project, and a fresh one has none: Install with shadcn gives the file. The list of them is at /r/free/registry.json. All six are in one repo on GitHub, tactile-ui-free, and the Odometer is also on npm, as tactile-odometer.

The plain parts of the kit, with an account

Sign in with Google or GitHub, no card, and the everyday parts of the kit, a template and Cloth-lit Cubes are yours to build with, in your own and client projects, under the licence. Free to use lists them. Every part is a class on a native element and needs kit.css; Installation shows the files, the fonts and the head.

Tactile Modernism, an agent skill

It teaches Claude, Cursor and other agents the look: the finishes, the lamp colours, the light and the rules. MIT, no account.

git clone https://github.com/cipriantitire/tactile-modernism

Then add it to your agent the way you add any skill.

What a Pass adds

The source of every object and block, current and future, and with the Founder Pass the whole kit: every part, every template, and the rules, skills and verify tool an agent builds with. Free and paid sets the three kinds side by side, and Pricing has the rest.
