About and contact
Iona and Tobias do the work themselves, from the first conversation to the day it goes live. We started Harrow & Vane in 2021 after a decade each in councils, clinics and agencies.
Service design and research
Iona spent nine years designing public services for two councils and a health trust. She is the one who sits at the counter, reads the letters and rings the phone line before drawing anything.
Interaction and identity
Tobias trained as a sign painter before he drew interfaces, which is why our identities survive being used on a van. He builds working prototypes so that you can click through the idea before you pay for it.

We do not run advertising campaigns, build shops from templates or pitch for free. We turn down more work than we take, usually because the date cannot be kept.
