# Refunds and receipts

## Receipts

Checkout runs on Stripe, which sells the Pass as merchant of record and charges you in your own currency. Stripe emails its receipt for your records. Tactile UI sends one too, with the day your refund window closes.

## Refunds

**Founder Passes bought at $99** (the first step of fifty seats): within **30 days** of buying, a full refund for any reason, even if you have downloaded or opened the code. This is once per person.

**Every other Pass** (Founder Passes at $129, the Pass and the Team Pass): within **14 days** of buying, a full refund if you have not downloaded or opened the code with your account. Downloading or opening the code ends the right to a refund. Before you pay, checkout asks you to agree to that: by ticking the box you ask for the download to be available at once and accept that the right to cancel ends when you first download.

A refund ends the licence for everything the Pass opened. Stop using the code and delete every copy you made.

The refund goes back the way you paid. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

## Prices

Prices are set in US dollars, tax included. At checkout Stripe shows the exact amount in your currency before you pay. [Pricing](/pricing) has the current price and how many founder seats are left.
