# Getting your files

Everything you own lives on the account you bought with, Google or GitHub. There is no key to keep: sign in the same way on any device and it is all open.

## Everything at once

On a 14-day refund, downloading or opening the code ends it. A Founder Pass bought at $99 keeps its 30 days (see [Refunds and receipts](/docs/refunds-and-receipts)).

On [Your Pass](/account), **Get your files** downloads one file, `tactile-ui.zip`, with everything your account opens:

- every object and block, with a Pass;
- the `kit/` folder, with the Kit;
- both, with the Founder Pass;
- the free pieces, with any account.

It also has `start.html`, a first page built from an object, a block and (with the Kit) three kit parts, and a `README.md` that walks you through it.

## One piece

On any piece's page, open **Code**, then **Download package**, and you get that piece alone, at the settings you chose: its folder, a runnable example, the same example for React, Vue, Svelte and a custom element, and its prompts. A block's package also has the object it is built with.

## Check what you got

Every package carries `manifest.json` with each file's SHA-256, and `verify.mjs`. Inside the unzipped folder, `node verify.mjs` prints `all N files match manifest.json`, or names the file that does not. [Installation](/docs/installation) has the rest: running the example and putting a piece on your page.
